CDPA is committed to producing aesthetic and functional buildings that are welcomed assets to the community, as well as the client, for years to come. We bring a consistent design philosophy to our architecture. This approach has at its roots a fundamental desire to create designs that are pleasing in form, functional in performance, and compatible with its environs. We approach each project recognizing the identified concerns for physical planning, visual impact in relation to the site and existing structures, and the constraints for orientation. We are careful listeners to building users and incorporate the information gathered into the building design.
