A 137,636 square foot DPW facility for the City of Battle Creek in 3 buildings. A needs
assessment, master planning and design included a 33,673 square foot Fleet Services
(Repair Building) with 10 heavy vehicle repair bays and 9 light vehicle repair bays and
related work and storage spaces; a 96,763 square foot Field Services Building with
indoor parking for 75 vehicles, wash bay, administrative/engineering offices, staff support
area, sign shop and water and sewer storage; and a 7,200 square foot drive-thru cold
storage building. Site included parking for 143 employee/visitors, 143 exterior fleet
parking spaces, 53 Fleet Building employee parking and a fuel dispensing area.
